About Swampscott TV

Swampscott TV provides the opportunity for High School Students and Community Members to use and train with professional video equipment and a full studio space. The content produced spans a wide range of genres and style within media production and is distributed on Swampscott TV’s various channels of Public, Education, and Government access television. In addition Swampscott TV broadcasts the meetings of the Town of Swampscott’s regulatory boards and committees, as well as providing live coverage for the High School Sports.

JoE Douillette

Cable TV Coordinator / Media Arts Instructor

JoE is responsible for the coordination and production of content for Swampscott TV's various distribution platforms. JoE also teaches at Swampscott High School, teaching several classes with different focuses within media production.

Ethan Runstadler

Assistant Cable TV Coordinator

Ethan is responsible for development and production of new content and technology at Swampscott TV. Ethan's focus is to create community produced content and work with other members of Swampscott TV to inspire and facilitate the creation of content.
